I am a product-development executive with more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical-device development, with a proven track record in people, team, and strategic leadership, as well as project, scope, budget, risk, and asset management.

I have led diligence teams, established and led external innovation programs, and built new partnerships. My passion lies in finding novel and creative solutions to complex problems that change people's lives — both individually and as an organizational leader.

I am skilled in change management, Design for Six Sigma, and product development from concept to launch, including preclinical/clinical development, human factors, design verification, and transfer to manufacturing.
